LABC Regional Awards

The LABC Regional Awards evening was held on Friday 21st June 2019 and F.T. Allen were delighted to have three recently completed schemes in the final shortlist for Best Social or Affordable New Housing Development.
All three schemes were completed on behalf of Brighton & Hove City Council under their Sustainable Partnership. The schemes included Hobby Place, Kite Place and Salehurst Close.
Unfortunately we were pipped at the final post but a great evening was had by all celebrating the team's success in reaching the regional finals.

Sussex Heritage Trust award

F. T. Allen are very pleased to have been associated with the internal and external restoration of Folkington Manor, East Sussex which yesterday received an award at the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards 2015 event
